Josh Murray

Josh Murray currently serves as Secretary at Transport for NSW since August 2023. Prior to this role, Josh held various senior positions at Laing O'Rourke, including Group Director for Global, Europe, and Australian Executive Committees, and General Manager of Human Capital & Corporate Affairs from October 2008 to August 2023. Josh's earlier experience includes serving as Chief of Staff and Deputy Chief of Staff to the NSW Premier and Deputy Premier, as well as roles within the NSW Government and advisory positions. Josh began their career as a journalist at Radio 2UE Sydney and affiliated networks from December 1996 to November 2001. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Charles Sturt University and a CIM Professional Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing. Additionally, Josh is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
