David McCallum

David McCallum is a Strategic Development Programme Manager and Rail Lead at Transport for Wales. Previously, David held roles as an Associate Director and Technical Director at Capita Real estate and infrastructure, where David led rail and public transport infrastructure projects. Prior to that, David was the Principal Engineer/Team Leader at Gwent Consultancy, managing the 'TIGER' public transport consortium. David also worked as a Senior Assistant Engineer at Gwent County Council. David holds a BA (Hons) in Geography from the University of Hull and an MSc in Transportation Planning & Policy from Newcastle University.
