Hajar Alolah

Hajar Alolah currently serves as the Director of Data Management and Business Intelligence and Chief Data Officer at the Transport General Authority, a position held since August 2017. In this role, Hajar is responsible for data strategy, data governance, and compliance with the NDMO, alongside overseeing policies and procedures and conducting maturity assessments. Previously, Hajar held the positions of Business System Manager and Digital Transformation Governance Lead at NIDLP in early 2020, where responsibilities included leading NIDLP Pitstop Workshops to enhance the National Industrial Development and Logistics Program's implementation plan. Hajar's experience also includes serving as a System Developer and Data Analyst at King Saud University, and as a Database Programmer and Technical Support Engineer at Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University. Additionally, Hajar has worked as an IT Training Consultant for TATWEER. Hajar holds an MBA in Business and a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences from King Saud University.
