Gour Lowenstern has a diverse work experience. Gour started their career in 2001 as the VP of Business Development at Galasis Technologies Ltd, where they led the establishment of a new business spin-off and managed projects from concept to implementation. Gour then moved on to SeaPass Solutions Inc. in 2002 as the VP R&D, where they led a department of 100 employees and focused on improving security and performance. In 2006, they became the CEO of Market2Play, a company that provided a legal alternative to online gambling. Gour later became the Managing Director of Meduza Coral Ltd, a marine tourism company, and then served as the Deputy Managing Director at MAN Trucks&Buses agents in Israel from 2010 to 2014. After that, they became the Director of Dan Public Transportation Co. Ltd, where they oversaw the operations of local buses in the Tel Aviv Metropolitan Area. Currently, they are the Chief Executive Officer of Transport Holdings Inc, a company that initiates real estate projects and represents international automotive manufacturers.

Gour Lowenstern completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo, between the years 2000 and 2003. Following this, they pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, studying from 2010 to 2012.
