Orla Mulqueen

Orla Mulqueen has extensive experience in human resources, particularly within the public sector. Orla served as the Head of Human Resources at Transport Infrastructure Ireland from August 2015, overseeing the HR function and developing strategies for the organization. Prior to this, they were the HR Manager at National Roads Authority from June 2004 to July 2015. Orla also worked as an HR Officer at Primark Stores Ltd from June 1999 to June 2004. Orla Mulqueen is a Chartered Fellow of CIPD.

Orla Mulqueen's education history begins with their time at UCD, where they obtained a degree in Arts with a focus on French and German from 1994 to 1998. Orla then went on to pursue a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Studies at UCD Smurfit College from 1998 to 1999. Later, they enrolled in the Masters in Business Studies program at UCD Smurfit College from 2003 to 2005, specializing in HR.

In 2013, they attended PDP and earned a Certificate in Data Protection. The following year, in 2014, they studied Mediation at the Institute of Public Administration. Subsequently, in 2017, Orla attended the Irish Management Institute for a Senior Leadership Programme, focusing on Organizational Leadership.

It is worth noting that Orla Mulqueen also holds additional certification as a Chartered Fellow of CIPD, which they obtained in September 2018 from THE CHARTERED INSTITUTE OF PERSONNEL AND DEVELOPMENT.
