Cecil K. Brooks, Jr. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in advocacy, education, and public service. Currently serving as Co-Chair of the Bronx & Uptown Advocacy Committee at Transportation Alternatives, Cecil also holds board positions at the Bartow-Pell Mansion Museum and HEAF, Inc., focusing on cultural preservation and youth development, respectively. As a founding board member of The Thinkubator, Cecil works to connect Bronx youth with educational and employment opportunities. Previous roles include Senior Constituent Services Representative for the U.S. House of Representatives and Chair of the Bronx Borough Committee for Transportation Alternatives. Cecil's educational background includes a Master of Policy Management from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in Latin American Studies and Philosophy from Colby College.
