Cynthia McClam

Cynthia McClam is a seasoned human resources professional currently serving as the Deputy Director of Human Resources for the US Department of Transportation since May 2006. Concurrently, Cynthia holds the position of Deputy Director of HR for the Surface Transportation Board and operates a fitness business as a certified Zumba instructor since January 1998. Prior to these roles, Cynthia was the Lead Senior Human Resource Specialist at the Government Printing Office from March 2002 to May 2006, overseeing a team of 24 employees and advising the Chief of Personnel Operations. Educational qualifications include an Associate's Degree in Human Resources Management and Personnel Administration and an Associate's in Human Resources & Health and Physical Education from Prince George's Community College, undertaken between 2007 and 2016.
