Kermit Wooley

Kermit Wooley is an experienced Project Manager Group Lead at the U.S. Department of Transportation, where since January 2022, responsibilities include managing federal government assignments and coordinating installation and construction activities with airport authorities, city officials, and contractors. Prior to this role, Kermit served as a Sales Engineer at Alcatel-Lucent from August 1992 to July 2001, managing projects and acting as the primary contact for transmission products for Global Crossing/Global Crossing Financial Markets, while also developing customer-specific product configurations and applications. Kermit holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Prairie View A&M University, earned between 1988 and 1994.
