Patricia Dijoseph

Patricia DiJoseph, PhD, currently serves as the Port Performance Freight Statistics Program Manager at the U.S. Department of Transportation, where Patricia is the leading author and analyst for the 2025 Annual Report to Congress. Prior to this role, Patricia worked as a Transportation Industry Analyst and Team Lead at the Federal Maritime Commission from October 2022 to August 2023, focusing on Maritime Supply Chain Analytics. Patricia's extensive background includes over nine years with the US Army Corps of Engineers in various capacities, including as a Transportation Systems Researcher and Developer, where significant projects such as a $1M marine transportation system travel times atlas were undertaken. An academic foundation at the New Jersey Institute of Technology, where Patricia earned both a PhD and an M.S. in Transportation, complements an early career as an Analyst at Union Square Associates.
