Wynter Eddington

Wynter Eddington is an experienced Multimedia Specialist at the U.S. Department of Transportation, providing high-quality designs and marketing solutions since April 2016. Wynter has a diverse background in graphic design and communications, including freelance work since March 2012 and serving as the Assistant Director of PR & Communications at the Institute of Notre Dame High School from August 2012 to April 2016. Prior roles include Assistant to the Art Director at Baltimore City Paper, Production Technology Specialist at Six Red Marbles, and Production Artist at Smarterville Inc./Hooked on Phonics. Wynter holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and a Master's in Publication Design from the University of Baltimore.
