Jim Merrill

Jim Merrill has over 35 years of work experience in the transportation and logistics industry. Jim started their career in 1981 serving as a PFC in the Army National Guard until 1985. From 1988 to 2001, they worked at Airborne Express as a Regional Sales Manager, where they received numerous sales awards and recognition. From 2002 to 2014, they served as the Vice President at AFMS Logistics Management Group, achieving significant cost savings for over 50 clients through small package contract optimization and invoice audit services. In 2014, they founded LCRP, LLC, a virtual network consulting company that connects clients with supply chain, logistics, reverse logistics, and project management consultants. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director of Strategic Sales at Transportation Insight, where they focus on helping businesses improve their transportation margins through expert understanding, strategies, and technology.

Jim Merrill attended Niagara University from 1981 to 1985, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. Jim'sfield of study was focused on Business Administration and Management in a general sense.
