Taylor Cannon has a diverse work experience in various industries. Taylor currently holds the position of Director of Customer Advocacy at Transportation Insight since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at UPS Capital® from 2016 to 2022, holding roles such as UPS Capital Solutions Manager, Customer Experience Supervisor, Account Manager, and Service Support Representative. At UPS Capital®, they demonstrated strong leadership skills by standing up the organization's first Agile team and leading as Scrum Master. Taylor also implemented UPS Capital's first web-based claim filing platform and successfully initiated and implemented a NPS Program Overhaul, significantly improving the organization's NPS. Before UPS Capital®, Taylor worked as a Personal Lines Account Manager at Risk Innovations LLC from 2014 to 2016, and as an intern at the same company from January 2014 to June 2014. Taylor also has experience as a Team Member at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, an Au Pair at Au Pair Madrid, and as a Language and Culture Assistant at CIEE Council on International Educational Exchange. Additionally, they worked as an intern at the Athens Community Council on Aging, where they assisted in planning and organizing events for members and provided secretarial work.
Taylor Cannon attended Riverwood High School from 2004 to 2008, where they completed their high school education. Afterward, they attended The University of Georgia from 2008 to 2012. During this time, Taylor obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Child and Family Development. In 2023, Taylor earned the certification of CXPA Professional Member from the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA).
