Darcy Vermeulen

Darcy Vermeulen's work experience includes positions such as Director of Strategic Engagement at Transportation Investment Corporation, where they lead the communications and engagement team for the Highway 99 Tunnel Program. Darcy also has experience as a Director and Deputy Practice Lead at Argyle, where they led major public engagement and communications programs across Canada. Prior to that, they worked as a Stakeholder Relations Lead at the Downtown Vancouver Business Improvement Association and as a Manager of Executive Services at PWGSC, Pacific Region. Darcy also has experience as a Project Officer at the Pacific Federal Council, Western Economic Diversification Canada, and as a Policy Analyst and Communications Coordinator at the Department of Federal-Provincial Relations, Government of Manitoba.

Darcy Vermeulen completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Global Political Economy from the University of Manitoba between 2006 and 2011. Following this, Darcy pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Political Science at Simon Fraser University from 2011 to 2014.
