Randy Whitaker is a seasoned transportation professional with extensive experience in safety management and operations within the logistics sector. Currently serving as the Certified Director of Safety (CDS) at Transportation Services, Inc. (TSI) since October 2005, Randy oversees safety protocols for one of the nation's leading Just-In-Time automotive parts carriers. Prior to TSI, Randy owned a freight brokerage company, The Dot Group, and was a managing partner at Blue Dot Transportation, Inc., a start-up transportation company. Randy's career includes operational roles at Martin Transportation and North Star Ranch, contributing to efficient plant-to-plant trucking operations. Educational qualifications include a Certified Director of Safety degree from the North American Transport Management Institute and a Travel Management Certification from the NRI Institute.
