Florence LAFAY is a seasoned professional in Quality, Safety, and Environmental management with diverse experience in several industries. Currently serving as Responsable QSE at TRANSPORTS CAPELLE since January 2022, Florence oversees quality, safety, and environmental management systems for various agencies in the South East quarter. Prior to this role, Florence worked as a Consultante QHSE at EXPERALIS, providing consulting, training, and auditing services, including certification auditing for MASE. Florence's earlier experience includes positions focused on QSE studies at UCC COFFEE FRANCE, QHSE management at PRAD S.A., and quality management at CERIBOIS, following a lengthy tenure at Air Liquide in varied roles related to quality, safety, and environmental expertise. Florence holds a Titre RNCP in QHSE from INSTIC LYON and a DUT in Transport Logistics from IUT Lille. Additionally, Florence is certified as a MASE auditor through AFNOR.
