In addition, Ryan founded The Transports Group in 2014, serving as CEO and establishing a trusted resource in the industry. Previous roles include Vice President of Consulting at Lagardère Sports and Senior Account Director at Genesco Sports Enterprises, where Ryan managed major marketing initiatives and strategic sponsorships.
