Jesús Navarro

Jesús Navarro is the current head of Rolling Stock Engineering Dept at Transports Metropolitans de Barcelona. Jesús has been with the company for 15 years and 11 months, and has held various positions during that time, including Lead Project Manager 7000-8000 series trains and Head of Rolling Stock Maintenance Line 9 and 10. Navarro is also a member of the International Railways Quality Council (IRQB) and the IRIS Advisory Board. Jesús has been a lecturer in Master Micro IV at Universidad de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria for 2 years and 2 months. Prior to joining Transports Metropolitans de Barcelona, Navarro worked for Greenpeace for 4 years and 1 month, where they served as Chair of the Spanish Board and Member of the Spanish Board.

Jesus Navarro completed an Industrial Engineer degree at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya between 1991 and 1996. Jesús's studies focused on Organisation and Mechanics.
