Crispin Humm Mbe

Crispin Humm MBE currently serves as the Regional Managing Director for Northern Europe at Optibus since March 2022, previously holding the position of Strategic Account Director. Prior to Optibus, Crispin was the Commercial Director at Zipabout from October 2019 to March 2022, where responsibilities included leading business development and implementing a comprehensive passenger information service. Crispin's experience also encompasses roles such as Head of Customer Strategy at ATOC (now Rail Delivery Group), Chief of Staff at Barclays Wealth UK, Vice President and Senior Customer Experience Manager at Barclays, and an Army Officer in The Parachute Regiment from 1995 to 2013. Crispin holds a Master of Arts in War in the Modern World from King's College London, attained between 2007 and 2010.
