Julie Cardinal

Julie Cardinal currently serves as the Director of Regulatory Affairs & Legal Counsel and Chief Privacy Officer at TransUnion since April 2022. Previously, Julie held the position of Senior Manager, Regulatory Affairs & Legal Counsel at TransUnion and served as the Senior Legal Advisor for Compliance and Privacy at Croix Bleue du Québec from January 2020 to March 2022. Julie's extensive legal career includes a role as Senior Counsel for Retail Markets at Manulife from February 2006 to January 2020 and experiences as a commercial litigator at Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP from 2003 to 2006, as well as an advisory lawyer and researcher at the Cour supérieure du Québec from 2001 to 2003. Julie achieved an LL.B. in Law from Université de Montréal and completed legal training at the École du Barreau du Québec.
