Gauthier van Damme

Gauthier Van Damme is an experienced managing director at Transurb since May 2014, overseeing a staff of 110 and managing a yearly turnover of 10-12 million euros while focusing on profitability and brand recognition in the service and simulation departments. Gauthier has successfully led the simulation department to establish significant partnerships with major clients in Europe and has full P&L responsibility with a growing team. Previous roles include general manager and head of projects at Transurb, as well as engineer and project manager at NMBS-SNCB, where Gauthier optimized railway timetables and developed BI interfaces. Educational qualifications include an Executive Master in Management from Solvay Brussels School and dual Master's degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Computer Science from KU Leuven and UCL, respectively.
