Caitlin McBaron

Caitlin McBaron is an experienced professional in project coordination and development, currently serving as Project Coordinator and Assistant at Transurban since November 2021. Prior roles include Training and Development Coordinator and Expat Support at Keremet Projects, Non-National Training and Expat Coordinator at GCR Mongolia, and Female Participation Specialist at Queensland Cricket, where responsibilities involved promoting sustainable female participation in cricket. Caitlin also coordinated sports education tours and events for the South West Indigenous Network and managed funded projects and policy development at The Scout Association of Australia. With expertise in stakeholder engagement and infrastructure development from experiences at the Department of National Parks, Recreation, Sport and Racing, as well as previous roles in executive support and business development, Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and several project management certifications from PeopleCert.
