Lisa Gooch

Lisa Gooch is a seasoned professional in the field of People and Culture, currently serving as the Head of People and Culture NSW at Transurban. With extensive experience, Lisa has held key positions such as Consultant People & Culture at Washington H. Soul Pattinson and People and Culture Business Partner APAC at 10x Banking. Previously, Lisa served as Executive Manager Human Resources at Commonwealth Bank and held multiple leadership roles at AMP, including Head of P&C Business Partners & People Transformation for AMP Life.
