Min Liu

Min Liu is an Intelligent Transport System Engineer at Transurban since February 2022, managing ITS refresh projects for New South Wales assets and supporting Asset Life Cycle Management. Prior to this role, Min served as a Network Design Engineer at Ventia, leading NBN fiber rollout projects and ensuring adherence to high design standards. Previous experience includes HFC/FTTx Design Lead at Telstra, where Min provided network design solutions, and Team Lead Transmission Engineer at Optus, delivering fixed access network designs. Min began a career as a Transportation Engineer at Guangzhou Transport Planning Research Institute, focusing on traffic planning and modeling. Academically, Min holds a Ph.D. in Engineering and IT from UNSW, a Master's degree in Traffic Information System and Control from South China University of Technology, and a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Jilin University.
