Mostafa Fahmy

Mostafa Fahmy is an experienced engineer and manager specializing in tolling systems and operations within the transportation sector. Currently serving as the NSW ITS Operations Engineer and Tolling Manager at Transurban since October 2020, Mostafa leads IT operations at the M5 South West Motorway. Previously, Mostafa has held the position of Tolling Manager at Interlink Roads since July 2007, overseeing tolling system installation, maintenance, and project management, while also working as a System Data Analyst and Project Analyst. Mostafa's earlier experience includes programming at Grameen Software Limited in Bangladesh. Mostafa holds a Master's degree in Engineering Science in Computer Science & Engineering from UNSW and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Computer Science from Independent University, Bangladesh.
