Tess Bancroft

Tess Bancroft is a marketing professional with extensive experience in digital marketing and communications. Currently serving as the Marketing Retention Lead and previously as a Marketing Communications Specialist at Transurban, Tess has developed a strong background in customer engagement strategies. Prior roles include Digital Marketing Manager at Inspiring Vacations Pty Ltd, Digital Advisor and Customer Care Officer at RSPCA Victoria, and Store Manager at Ozmosis (Rip Curl Group). Tess began a career in public relations as a PR Intern at Peninsula Health Community Health and gained early experience as a Communications Volunteer. An alumnus of Monash University, Tess holds a Bachelor of Communication in Communication and Media Studies, completed between 2009 and 2012.
