Dominik Schmidt

Dominik Schmidt started working at Optum in 2017 as a Specialist in Veterans Services. In 2019, they transitioned to the role of Associate in Learning and Development before leaving the company in 2020. In 2020, Dominik joined TransVoyant as a Program Manager in Product Management. Additionally, in 2021, they began working as a Curriculum Developer and Adjunct in Data Analytics at Southwest Wisconsin Technical College.

Dominik Schmidt completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, between 2012 and 2016. Additionally, Dominik Schmidt has obtained several certifications from edX, including "Creating an Organizational Change Management Framework - Transforming Strategy Execution to Realize Program Value," "Program Management: Enabling Value Driven Change," "Program Management Fundamentals– Governing with Excellence and Creating a Clear Roadmap for Driving Strategic Change," "The Program Management Office (PMO) - The Strategy Execution Arm," and "The Program Manager – Applying Power Skills and Digital Enablers to Create Continual Change," all acquired in 2023.
