Elizabeth Norton

Elizabeth Norton is the Senior MD of Research Services at Transwestern. Elizabeth has been with the company since 2013, and in that time has supervised and coordinated national research activities and managed the research and analysis that appear in reports on the five metropolitan areas Delta covers, tracking the real estate markets and regional economies. Prior to their current position, Elizabeth was the Sr. Vice President/Mid-Atlantic Research Director at Delta Associates, where they were responsible for research on the Washington and Baltimore office, flex/industrial and retail markets and for Delta’s quarterly publications on those topics. Elizabeth has also worked as a Research Specialist at the National Association of Home Builders, where they managed research projects and provided analysis and product recommendations to the home building industry.

Elizabeth Norton earned their MCP in Urban Planning from the University of Maryland, their BA in Government and Sociology from American University, and their Hebron Academy.

They are on a team with Bryan Burns - Senior Vice President, Robert Knisely - MD, Market Leader, and Ben Eisenberg - Executive Managing Director. Elizabeth Norton reports to Larry Heard, CEO.
