Kenneth Smondrowski

Kenneth Smondrowski currently serves as Executive Vice President at DANAC Realty Advisors since October 2024, and as Senior Vice President of Healthcare Advisory Services at Transwestern since July 2019, where responsibility includes overseeing Owner and Occupier Services for the Healthcare Sector in the DC Region. Prior experience includes roles such as Vice President at Health-Pro Realty Group, focusing on Healthcare Related Real Estate Transactions, and Area Director at RMR Real Estate Services, managing operations for the Mid-Atlantic Region. Kenneth has also held positions at Mack-Cali Realty Corporation, Grubb & Ellis, GVA Advantis, and McDevitt Real Estate Services, specializing in commercial real estate leasing and sales in the Washington DC Metro Area. Earlier career experiences include serving as Assistant Golf Professional at Huntingdon Valley Country Club and Philadelphia Country Club. Kenneth Smondrowski earned a BA in Political Science from Emory University in 1991.
