Phil Jones

Phil Jones is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in property management, consulting, and leasing. Currently serving as Vice President at Transwestern since April 2011, Phil has managed various office and industrial property portfolios in Houston and previously held roles as a tenant representative, consultant, and asset manager. As the Owner and President of CrossRock Real Estate since November 2010, Phil focuses on commercial real estate consulting, management, leasing, and brokerage. Phil's prior experience includes positions such as Senior Property Manager at Grubb & Ellis, Asset Manager at Triad, and Tenant Rep Broker at CresaPartners, among others, beginning with an accounting role at Trammell Crow Company. Phil holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Accounting from Texas A&M University.
