Eric I. Mendelsohn

Eric I. Mendelsohn has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries and roles. Eric I. started their career at Credit Suisse in 2002, where they worked as a Special Projects Analyst and later as a Financial Reporting Analyst. In 2005, they became an Assistant Vice President/Fixed Income Client Valuations at the same company and held this position until 2008.

In 2010, Mendelsohn joined Rubicon Property as the Director of Residential Leasing/Associate Broker, a role they held until 2014. Eric I. then moved to Warburg Realty, where they worked as an Associate Broker from 2014 to 2019.

In 2019, Mendelsohn had two concurrent roles. Eric I. became a Business Broker and Franchise Consultant at Transworld Business Advisors, where they worked with business owners and buyers to facilitate business sales and acquisitions. Eric I. also provided consultation services for business owners interested in franchising their businesses. Additionally, in the same year, they joined eXp Realty as a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker.

Currently, Mendelsohn works at Compass, where they serve as a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker since 2022.
