Jacqueline Howe

Jacqueline Howe serves as General Counsel at Transworld Business Advisors since July 2022 and has been the Executive Vice President and General Counsel of HOWE REAL ESTATE, INC. since June 2006, overseeing diverse real estate services in Southeast Florida. In addition to these roles, Jacqueline Howe owns Jacqueline F. Howe, PA, a full-service law firm established in April 2008. Previous positions include Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Stayable Suites and Partner at Shutts & Bowen LLP, where Jacqueline Howe excelled in litigation and mediation, representing various stakeholders in complex business disputes. Earlier experience includes a partnership at Katz Barron Squitero Faust, an associate attorney role at Ruden McClosky, and a position as an adjunct professor at Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad School of Law. Jacqueline Howe holds a Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Michigan State University College of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Rutgers University.
