James Lascano

James Lascano started their work experience in 2001 as a Marketing Coordinator at Custom Sales & Systems, where they coordinated marketing efforts in Latin America. James then worked at Verizon as a Local Manager, Regional Manager, and Marketing Manager, with responsibilities including managing employees, increasing sales performance, and developing multicultural campaigns. In 2009, they became the Director at Anastasia Confections. From 2012 to 2014, they held roles as Director of Operations at ALPFA Institute and Board of Director member at Sam Walton College of Business - Diversity & Inclusion Advisory Board. Since 2015, they have been serving as a Sr. Business Broker/CBI, CM&AP at Transworld Business Advisors.

James Lascano has a BA degree from the University of Florida and has completed the Six Sigma Green Belt program from Villanova University. James also studied Business Administration and Management at Regis University and holds a Certified M&A Professional degree from Kennesaw State University - Michael J. Coles College of Business. In addition to their formal education, James has certifications as a Business Broker from the Business Brokers of Florida and in HACCP from the International HACCP Alliance.
