Marci Scales

Marci Scales has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Most recently, they worked as a Transworld Business Specialist at Transworld Business Advisors. Prior to that, they served as an AR and Industrial IoT Expert at SunflowerLab. Marci also had a role as the Owner of White Lion Ventures, where they developed strategies, planned capital acquisition, and built relationships with influencers. Marci was the Principal at DrivenReal, a trust-building platform in the auto industry. Additionally, they worked as the Director of Mentor Relations at Endeavor Forward, where they developed and managed a mentor program. Marci was a Partner and President at Crowdsmatter, where they partnered with public officials to develop technology. Marci was also the Founder of HaloBe, where they developed a cross-platform member-based portal. Earlier in their career, they served as a Channel Account Manager at TechStartUp, managing the development of mobile commerce applications. Marci's work history also includes being the Director of the Women's Small Business Development Center at the Greater Columbus Chamber of Commerce.

Marci Scales pursued their education at The Ohio State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Consumer Affairs from 1989 to 1993. Later, they attended The Ohio State University's John Glenn School of Public Affairs from 1994 to 1995, earning a Master of Public Administration (MPA) with a focus on Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management.
