Saurabh Roy

Mr. Saurabh Roy has been one of the most dynamic young professionals with a proven track record of more than a decade in the Shipping and Logistics Industry. His experience spans building and growing international businesses, change management as well as planning investments, customer centricity focus, and P&L, Revenue management. He currently leads with the blueprint and strategy for existing businesses of Projects Logistics, Chartering & Operating , Agency Operations and International Business Development within Transworld as well as instrumental in kickstarting various new ventures for the Group. Saurabh was felicitated by MANSA for leadership and professional excellence, and was instrumental in the formation of Young MANSA Forum (YMF) to encourage participation of young fraternity from the Maritime Industry. During his tenure under MANSA, he has worked on key White papers which were submitted to Ministry of Shipping (MoS) alongwith SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) Documents released for JNPT and Mumbai ports. He is also one of the youngest to be part of first ever Shipping and Logistics committee of INDIAN MERCHANT CHAMBERS (IMC).

He is a B. E (Computer Engineering) graduate and a postgraduate in Business Administration from some of the leading institutes of India. On personal front, he is a sports enthusiast, a Bollywood fan and an avid traveller.
