Chad Bisko

Vice President Of Maintenance & Procurement at TransX

Chad Bisko has a diverse and extensive work experience in various leadership and management roles. Starting in 1999, they worked as a Project Master Implementer at Standard Aero, where they improved productivity and managed budgets and timelines for the MRO facility. From 2001 to 2007, Chad served as a Lead Business Redesign Consultant at Standard Aero, driving organizational transformation through Lean, Six Sigma, and Cellular methodologies. During this time, they also held the role of Business Analyst and Simulation Specialist, identifying opportunities for process redesign and making significant improvements to production rates and scheduling.

From 2007 to 2010, Chad worked at Loewen as a Lean Transformation Leader and Operations Manager, leading the company-wide transition to a Lean manufacturing environment and integrating satellite facilities into the corporate entity.

In 2011, Chad joined Manitoba Public Insurance as a Senior Project Manager and later became the Program Director, responsible for implementing a best-in-class Human Resource Management System and leading strategic corporate initiatives.

From 2012 to 2019, Chad held two roles simultaneously. Chad served as the Vice President of Maintenance & Procurement at TransX Group of Companies, overseeing the overall operations and performance of the division. Additionally, they were the Lean Program Director, responsible for continuous improvement initiatives and the development of Lean strategy and methodology.

Since 2017, Chad has held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Global Leadership Institute, where they are responsible for the overall operations and performance of the firm, including the development and implementation of corporate policy and strategic objectives.

In 2016, Chad worked as an Instructor in the Post Graduate Leadership and Management Program at the Manitoba Institute of Trades and Technology.

Throughout their career, Chad has demonstrated a strong expertise in organizational transformation, process improvement, and project management.

Chad Bisko has a diverse education history spanning different fields of study. In 2022, they attended Prosci, where they earned a certification as a Certified Change Practitioner in Change Management. The following year, in 2021, they completed the NLP Practitioner program at Unleash Your Power Coaching and Leadership Training, specializing in Neuro Linguistic Programming.

From 2020 to 2021, Chad enrolled in the Queen's Executive Program at Smith School of Business at Queen's University, obtaining a degree in Leadership and Strategy. Their academic journey continued in 2018 when they pursued training from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), leading to their Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designation.

To enhance their understanding of Emotional Intelligence, Chad completed the EQ-i 2.0 & EQ 360 Certification Program offered by EI Advantage (on behalf of MHS Inc.) from 2019 to 2020. In 2018, they became a Certified Harada Method Coach through the Harada Education Institute, Inc, receiving training in Self-Reliance & Goal Setting.

Expanding their facilitation skills, Chad acquired the Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF) credential from the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) in 2017. Additionally, they became a Certified Scrum Master through Scrum Inc. in the same year.

Chad's pursuit of knowledge in process optimization led him to complete the Executive Lean Director certification at Lean Sensei International in 2013. Chad also earned a Lean Black Belt Certification from the same institution, specializing in Lean methodologies.

In the academic realm, Chad attained an MBA (Masters in Business Administration) from Athabasca University between 2009 and 2010. Chad furthered their expertise in production and inventory management by pursuing the APICS and ASCM Certification course in Production and Inventory Management at IISCM-Institute for Integrated Supply Chain Management. Chad extended their knowledge of Six Sigma by becoming a Master Black Belt in Six Sigma (MBB) through Six Sigma.US in 2009.

Throughout 2008 and 2009, Chad earned a Graduate Degree in Management (GDM) from Athabasca University and obtained certifications like MCSS, CLSSS, CSSBB (Lean and Six Sigma) at Villanova University. In 2007, they acquired the Project Management Professional (PMP) designation from the Project Management Institute (PMI). Earlier in their educational journey, Chad completed a Certificate in Management (CIM) at the University of Manitoba from 2003 to 2006.
