Cory Windham has a diverse work experience in various marketing and business development roles. They started their career at CaseWare USA in 2014 as a Marketing Associate, where they were responsible for supporting marketing and graphic collateral production, data analysis, and data set generation and testing. They then transitioned to the role of Academic Program Coordinator and later became the Training Team Manager.
In 2019, Cory joined HDR as a Marketing Coordinator, where they conceptualized, researched, and produced marketing materials, proposals, and presentations. They also provided storyboarding and message development for strategic pursuits. They eventually moved up to the position of Senior Marketing Coordinator, where they further developed their skills in non-technical writing, editing, and proofreading.
Currently, Cory works at TranSystems as a Senior Business Development Coordinator. In this role, they lead the production of business development and marketing support materials such as proposals, presentations, and qualification packages. They also analyze RFQ/RFP, develop and maintain proposal outlines and schedules, coordinate internal and external teams, and lead strategy sessions. Additionally, they contribute to the clarity and enhancement of technical sections through editing and writing non-technical sections.
