Derek Kratzer

Derek Kratzer has experience working as an Entry-Level Civil Engineer at TranSystems since January 2023. Before that, they worked as a Civil Structural Engineer at JEO Consulting Group, Inc. from May 2022 to December 2022. Prior to that, they were a Transportation Engineer at JEO Consulting Group, Inc. from May 2021 to August 2021. Derek also worked as a YEP Facilities Engineering Intern at Textron in June 2019 and July 2019.

Derek Kratzer attended Maize Sr High School from 2015 to 2019, but did not obtain a degree or specialize in any specific field of study during this time. Following high school, Derek enrolled at Kansas State University in 2019 and completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Civil Engineering in 2022. In June 2022, Derek obtained certification in the Federal Engineering Exam from the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES).
