Ismael Salas

Ismael Salas has recently been employed as a Structural Engineer at TranSystems since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an Intern at the Chicago Transit Authority from October 2019 to April 2021. Before their internship, Ismael was employed in the logistics department at Target from June 2018 to July 2019. Their earliest work experience was at Dunkin Donuts, where they worked as a Baker from April 2016 to June 2018 and as a Crew Member from May 2015 to April 2016.

Ismael Salas pursued their education in a chronological order. Ismael began their academic journey in 2016 at Morton College, where they obtained an Associate of Science - AS degree in Engineering. In 2018, they enrolled at the University of Illinois Chicago to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, which they completed in 2020. Building on their undergraduate education, Ismael then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Illinois Chicago from 2021 to 2023.
