Jon Persson

Jon Persson has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Jon began their career in 1994 at NCDOT, where they worked as a Transportation Technician for four years, gaining proficiency in Microstation and Geopak for Roadway Design plans. Jon then joined Stewart Engineering in 1998 as a Senior Designer of Transportation, working on roadway design projects for NCDOT and private development. In 2001, they transitioned to SEPI Engineering and Construction, Inc as a Senior Project Designer, and later took on the role of Construction Engineering & Inspection Assistant Manager. Additionally, they served as the IT Manager, responsible for managing computers and networks for two locations and purchasing computer-related software and hardware. In 2003, Jon became the President of Triangle Insight Home Inspection, overseeing the inspection and marketing of the company. Most recently, in 2022, they joined TranSystems as a CEI Operations Manager.

Jon Persson attended North Carolina State University from 1992 to 1993, where they studied Mathematics. Jon then transferred to Wake Technical Community College from 1993 to 1995 and obtained a degree in Civil Engineering Technology. Prior to this, they attended Louisburg College from 1990 to 1992 and earned an Associate of Arts degree with a focus on Business Administration and Social Science.
