Vincent Klinga has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They started their career as a Structural Engineer at TranSystems in 2014 and worked there until 2017. From 2017 to 2018, they served as a Project Engineer at the Demand Management Institute (DMI). In 2018, Vincent worked as a Substitute Teacher at various public schools before joining Michaels as a Sales Team Member/Cashier from December 2018 to June 2019. They also worked as a Patient Care Coordinator at Bay State Physical Therapy from July 2019 to September 2019. In the same year, Vincent had multiple roles simultaneously, including being a Structural/Bridge Engineer at TranSystems, a Volunteer Receptionist at GLBTQ Legal Advocates & Defenders, and an LGBT+ and Mental Health Advocate/Speaker/YouTuber on YouTube.

Vincent Klinga attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 2009 to 2013, where they pursued a degree in Civil Engineering. The field of study for their degree is not specified. They then went on to attend the University of California, Berkeley from 2013 to 2014, where they studied Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering, Mechanics, and Materials. Vincent also holds several additional certifications, including Engineer-in-Training (Fundamentals of Engineering Exam) from the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors, Mathematics (8-12) Provisional License from the Massachusetts Department of Elementary & Secondary Education, and Sheltered English Immersion (SEI) Endorsement, also from the Massachusetts Department of Elementary & Secondary Education.
