Jyotsna Khatri

Jyotsna Khatri is an experienced professional in quality assurance and software development, currently serving as Associate QA Lead at Trantor since January 2021, with prior experience as a Senior QA Engineer. Previously, Jyotsna worked as a Quality Analyst at Crossover Technologies, Inc., managing end-to-end testing of products and leading a team. Earlier roles include serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Aon, where responsibilities included documenting requirements and preparing Functional Requirement Documents, and as a Business Analyst at Dell, implementing Cerner Millennium EHR systems in healthcare facilities in Qatar. Jyotsna holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Healthcare Information Technology Management from IIHMR and a Bachelor's degree in Life Science from Kurukshetra University.
