Pradeep Bakshi is a Senior Professional with 20+ years of experience in founding and growing startup businesses and building long-term relationships. Bakshi founded multiple successful companies – Second Foundation, Foundation3, and Trantor.


Bakshi has worked in Software Services, Consulting, Global Delivery, Hi-Tech, Manufacturing. Logistics and Financial Services Industries. He co-founded SecondFoundation.Inc. a Global Services company acquired by Fidelity Information Services(FIS) in 2007.

Pradeep S. Bakshi

Rajat is serving as Exec. VP & Head-India Development Center at Trantor’s India office. He has more than 15yrs of work experience in software consulting & has held key management positions in the software development division of enterprises specializing in global delivery models.


He has extensive exposure in delivering software consulting to the retail, real estate, healthcare, financial & insurance sectors. Before Trantor, he has held key management positions at IT BY DESIGN, FIS, & SmartData Enterprises.

Suresh Mathai is a senior management executive at Trantor, with a deep and extensive background and expertise in direct marketing/advertising as well as software/ technology.


Suresh’s broad experience ranges from start-ups to multinational corporations in the US and the Asia Pacific region. Mathai co-founded, built, & further sold two technology companies, and has worked as President/CEO of two multinational companies that he built into formidable operations in the Asia Pacific region.

Prasheel is a seasoned HR professional with more than two decades of fast-track multi national and multi cultural experience covering India, APAC, UK, and US geographies.

Enriched by education from leading Management institutes NMIMS, ISB, and Design Thinking at MIT SLOAN-Boston. Prasheel has headed the HR function with leading corporate brands such as Hewitt Associates, Birla technologies, GoldenSource Corporation, The Times of India, and also at HCL Technologies. Skilled in human capital, mergers, talent strategies, mentoring, and leadership, he is a strong advocate of co-creating and driving a compelling culture and values at the workplace.

Prasheel Pardhe

Binu Varghese is the SVP of Cloud Services at [Trantor Inc](/org/trantor). Binu has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, holding various positions in sales, business development, and management. 

Binu started their career at Brigade Corporation in 2000 as a Knowledgebase Manager. Binu then moved to [CSS Corp](/org/css-corp) in 2002, where they spent 4 years as the Assistant Manager of Business Development for the US division. In 2006, they left [CSS Corp](/org/css-corp) to join Synaptris Inc. as the Area Manager of Business Development for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. 

In 2007, Binu returned to [CSS Corp](/org/css-corp) as the Business Manager of Premium Services. Binu held this position until 2009 when they were promoted to Senior Director. In this role, they were responsible for leading a team of directors and managers in the delivery of high-quality IT services to [CSS Corp](/org/css-corp)’s clients. Binu left [CSS Corp](/org/css-corp) in 2017 to join Newt Global Consulting, LLC as the Associate Vice President of Sales. 

Binu joined [Trantor Inc](/org/trantor) in 2020 as the SVP of Cloud Services. In this role, they are responsible for leading the company’s cloud computing initiatives and driving growth in this area.

Binu Varghese holds a BBM from the University of Madras and is certified by Amazon Web Services (AWS) in AWS Business Professional, AWS Professional Services: Cloud Adoption Framework, and AWS TCO and Cloud Economics. Binu Varghese also attended International Indian School for high school.

Sriram Iyer is a Senior Sales and Business Development Professionals with 20+ years of experience in growing top-line revenue and managing large customers. Sriram Iyer founded multiple successful companies – Intersoft, Second Foundation, Foundation3, Trantor.


He has worked in Software Services, Consulting, Global Delivery, Hi-Tech and Financial Services Industries. Iyer co-founded SecondFoundation.Inc. a Global Services company acquired by Fidelity Information Services(FIS) in 2007.

Drew Sanders is a touring professional golfer and the CEO of Agrothermal Systems. Drew has also been a board member for the San Francisco Council of the Boy Scouts of America and the Tri Valley Chapter of [The First Tee](/org/the-first-tee). In addition, they are the founder of the California Season of Life Foundation, which works with youth sports coaches across America.

Drew Sanders has a Bachelor's degree in Theirtory from the University of California, Berkeley and a degree in Theirtory from the University of California, Davis. Drew also has a Piedmont High School diploma.
