Mark Jensen

Vice President, Asset Management at TraPac

Mark Jensen has a diverse work experience in the logistics and engineering fields. Mark started their career as a Production Engineer at Smorgon Steel in 2002 and then worked as a Graduate Engineer at P&O Ports in 2003. Mark joined DP World in 2004 as a Mechanical Engineer and was later promoted to Maintenance Superintendent in 2010. In 2012, they joined Hutchison Ports Australia as a Mechanical Support Engineer. Mark then moved to APM Terminals in 2015, where they worked as a Project Manager for a year. In 2016, they joined TraPac as an Assistant Vice President, responsible for Equipment and Facility Maintenance, and later became the Vice President of Asset Management in 2019.

Mark Jensen completed their high school education from 1992 to 1998 at Mitchelton State High School, earning a High School Certificate. Mark then pursued higher education at The University of Queensland from 1999 to 2002 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

In terms of additional certifications, Mark Jensen obtained the National Engineering Register from Engineers Australia in September 2020. Prior to that, they completed The Dale Carnegie Course offered by Dale Carnegie Training in July 2019. In November 2018, they became a Certified Reliability Leader (CRL) through the Association of Asset Management Professionals. Additionally, Mark obtained certifications in Dogging (CPCCLDG3001A) and Forklift (TLILIC2001A) in April and March 2015, respectively. Furthermore, they received the Construction Induction Queensland (White Card) certification in September 2012.
