Ahmed Eltohamy

Ahmed Eltohamy is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in infrastructure and operations management. Currently serving as the IT Senior Infrastructure and Operation Engineer at Trapeze Group since July 2014, Ahmed manages customer support for AVM/RTPI systems for the Riyadh Bus project. Prior to this, Ahmed led a team of eight IT technical support members at SANAD Cooperative Insurance and Reinsurance JSC from May 2009 to June 2014, overseeing operations for multiple branches and points of sale. Previous roles included Network Engineer at Saudi Tadawi Healthcare Company, System Administrator at Al Bushier Trading and Constructing Company, and IT Network Engineer at Future Network. Ahmed holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from the Faculty of Computer and Information System, completed in 2006, and excelled academically with a 97% in the mathematics section of the GSC at El Shahid Mustafa Helal Secondary School.
