Craig Langford

Craig Langford has extensive experience in technical leadership and delivery management, currently serving as a Technical Lead in Planning and Scheduling at Trapeze Group since April 2013. Langford has held several key roles within the same organization, including Delivery Manager positions focused on Mobility on Demand, Paratransit and Traveller Experience, as well as Implementation Consultant for Traveller Experience. Prior to Trapeze Group, Langford worked as a Service Desk Analyst at Maple Leaf Foods Inc, where responsibilities included providing internal technical support and managing software and hardware incidents. Langford's career began as a Technician at Medical Technology Service Providers, Inc., operating advanced medical diagnostic equipment. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Ryerson University.
