Victoria Bucher

Victoria Bucher currently serves as Head of Talent Management at TRATON GROUP since January 2024. Prior to this role, Victoria held the position of Head of Human Resources at RIO | The Logistics Flow from July 2021 to December 2023. Victoria's extensive experience at MAN Truck & Bus SE, which spanned from April 2013 to July 2021, includes roles such as Senior Manager and Head of Academy Strategy & Operations, where responsibilities encompassed digital learning and training management, as well as leadership of various operational teams. Additionally, Victoria contributed to MAN SE as Beteiligungscontroller in Corporate Controlling from April 2007 to March 2013 and served at Daimler AG from October 2002 to March 2007 in various managerial capacities related to commercial vehicle strategies and sales projects.
