Latif Shaikh

Latif Shaikh has a diverse work experience in the field of MIS and Business Intelligence. Latif started their career as a Customer Advisor at Tech Mahindra in 2015. In 2017, they joined Umrahme as an MIS Executive and worked on various tasks such as managing financial models, building short-term and long-term plans, and preparing investor documents. Latif then progressed to the role of Team Lead MIS & Strategy at Umrahme, where they provided leadership and strategic direction. In 2021, Latif became a Subject Matter Expert MIS & Business Intelligence, showcasing their expertise in the field. Currently, they hold the position of Assistant Manager MIS & Business Intelligence at Umrahme, where they are responsible for managing the financial model, analyzing cash flow forecasts, and supporting senior management with data-driven decisions. Additionally, Latif has strong knowledge and experience in data analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools like Tableau.

Latif Shaikh completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Business/Commerce from Savitribai Phule Pune University. Latif obtained this degree sometime before the year 2020. In addition to their formal education, Latif has obtained several certifications. These certifications include Power BI for Beginners Introduction to Business Intelligence, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals Specialization, Data Visualization and Communication with Tableau, Mastering Data Analysis in Excel, Business Metrics for Data-Driven Companies, Introduction to Data Analysis Using Excel, and Introduction to Data Analytics for Business. Latif earned these certifications from Coursera, with the latest certification being obtained in March 2023.
