Mahmoud Al Bassrawi has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries.

From 2022 onwards, they have been working as a Product Manager at Umrahme. In this role, they lead the development and execution of the product roadmap, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet business and user needs.

Prior to this, starting from 2014, Mahmoud worked as a .NET Software Developer, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using the Microsoft .NET framework.

From 2020 to 2022, they were a Sales and Marketing Manager at SNOOD HOTELS. In this role, they developed and executed sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness. Mahmoud ensured alignment of go-to-market efforts with business goals by working closely with various teams.

Before SNOOD HOTELS, Mahmoud held multiple positions at Nawazi for Hotels & Investment from 2013 to 2020. Mahmoud was a Territory Sales Manager, responsible for driving sales growth and building customer relationships within a designated region. Mahmoud also worked as a Digital Marketing Manager, developing and executing digital marketing strategies. Additionally, Mahmoud served as a Reservation Manager, responsible for managing the hotel's reservation system and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Mahmoud Al Bassrawi completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer and Communication Engineering from AUL (Arts, Sciences and Technology University) from 2009 to 2014. Mahmoud has also obtained several additional certifications including Agile Scrum Foundation from Simplilearn in December 2022, Product Management First Steps, Scrum: Advanced, Technical Product Management, and Technology for Product Managers from LinkedIn in July 2022, Internal Editor ISO:9001:2015 from Arab Company for Management Systems Development in December 2020, Android Development Track from 1 Million Arab Coders in May 2020, Search Engine Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, and E-Commerce from eMarketing Institute in July 2019 and Inbound Certification from HubSpot Academy in June 2018. Mahmoud also earned certifications in Ecommerce Analytics: From Data to Decisions, Google Analytics for Beginners, and Digital Marketing from Google in 2018.
