Kimberly White has over 14 years of experience at Travel Incorporated, where they began as a Corporate Travel Consultant in 2007 and worked their way up to roles such as Lead Travel Consultant, Supervisor, Manager, and eventually Director of Operations in 2014. In their current role, Kimberly is responsible for overseeing business procedures, implementing policies to improve operations, and ensuring quality customer experience and deliverables. Throughout their career, they have been involved in managing daily operations, new client implementations, and providing support to their team and clients.
