Mark Lenahan serves as the Head of Retailing Strategy at Travelport since September 2018, focusing on digital transformation and modern retailing within the travel industry. Previously, Mark held roles including Propositions Director for Airlines at Travelport, where alignment of product and marketing direction with market trends was a priority. Apart from Travelport, Mark contributes as an Advisor and Volunteer at TravelScrum, an Advisor on the Travel Tech Sector at TechIreland, and the Chapter Leader for Travel Massive in Dublin. Additional experience includes positions as Loyalty and Channel Marketing Advisor at Sanctifly, and throughout various consulting and leadership roles at CJ Ignition, MLTT Consulting, and OpenJaw Technologies. Mark holds a BSc in Computer Science from Trinity College Dublin, obtained between 1990 and 1994.
